Founded in January 1993, Zhong Yin is one of the earliest law firms in the form of partnership approved by the Ministry of Justice in China. It is headquartered in Beijing and currently has branch offices in 40 Mainland cities including Shanghai, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Xi'an and other cites (including the branches established and such in preparation), and established its association law firm with Hong Kong and Macao law firms, ZLF Law Office, which is China’s first, as well as its Qianhai branch. The Lawyer Liu Shengchun, a core member of our firm, serves as a director of Henan Lawyers Association, the vice chairman of Luoyang Lawyers Association, and legal counsel of Luoyang Municipal People’s Government. His practice area covers criminal defense, civil and commercial matters. He has served as the legal counsel of people’s governments at provincial, municipal, or county levels for more than ten years, handling more than 1,600 criminal or civil cases concerning crackdown on crimes, fraud, rob, murder, duty-related crimes, and has been recognized multiple times by the judicial and administrative authorities at provincial and municipal levels, as well as lawyers associations. The Lawyer Gao Chunming, another core member of our firm, practices in civil and commercial areas. He was granted excellence award in the Henan Division of the Second National Lawyer’s Debate TV Competition, and recognized as advanced individual by Luoyang Bureau of Justice and Luoyang Lawyers Association. He also serves as a member of Luoyang Labor Dispute Arbitration Commission.
